University Education
The University of the Faroe Islands offers university education in five faculties:
- At the Faculty of Faroese Language and Literature it is possible to take a BA in Faroese language and literature and a MA in Nordic, particularly Faroese language and literature.
- At the Faculty of History and Social Sciences it is possible to take BA and MA in history and BSSc and MSSc in political science.
- At the Faculty of Science and Technology it is possible to take BSc in physics/geophysics, BSc in petroleum engineering (petroleum science), BSc in biology, BSc in electrical engineering and BSc in computer science.
