    Four PhD projects at the center:

    May-Britt Skoradal, nurse and MSc, is doing a PhD with the title: The application of football training as prevention and treatment of lifestyle diseases across the lifespan. The project is funded by Sjúkrakassagrunninum and the Faroese University.

    Malan Johansen, MSc, is doing a PhD with the title: Amyotrophic Lateral Scleroses (ALS) in the Faroe Islands – a genetic and environmental approach. The project is funded by Sjúkrakassagrunninum, Louis Hansen Fonden and Betri Stuðul.

    Michael Feldballe, MSc, is doing a PhD with the title: Social politik på Færøerne. The project is funded by The Department of Social Services, Roskilde University, and the University of the Faroe Islands.

    Marnar Fríðheim Kristiansen, MD, is doing a PhD: with the title: Cancer epidemiology in the Faroe Islands. The project is funded by Faroese Cancer Society and Rynkebyfonden.
