The Quality Unit

The main objective of the Quality Unit is to ensure that the University provides consistent, high-quality, academically rigorous, and fully quality-assured teaching to all students. A core responsibility of the unit is to develop, maintain, and continuously refine the internal quality assurance processes and procedures that form the foundation of the University’s quality assurance system, in consultation with the Quality Enhancement Forum, faculties, and administrative units.

The Quality Unit oversees the University’s internal quality assurance processes, working closely with students, staff, and external stakeholders. It provides advice and guidance to all faculties and relevant units to support effective implementation and to facilitate the introduction of new processes.

The Quality Unit also seeks to foster a transparent, learning-oriented culture of quality assurance in which continuous improvements are made in line with the principles of the Bologna Process. It communicates the relevant international frameworks adopted by the University and supports staff in remaining well-informed, engaged, and taking ownership of the associated processes.
